Local Crime Stoppers celebrates over 30 years with the TNT Towing “Chuck-a-Puck” event.
To celebrate over 30 years of making local communities safer, Southern Alberta Crime Stoppers has teamed up with the Lethbridge Hurricanes to give hockey fans a chance to win$30,000 Bucks with the TNT Towing“Chuck a Puck” event.
At the January 11Hurricanes home game, fans will be able to purchase one puck for $5 or five pucks for $20 and toss them onto the ice during the second intermission for a chance to win the $30,000 grand prize! All pucks will be numbered and in order to win, your puck must land completely within the “bulls eye” at Centre ice.
“The foundation of the Crime Stoppers program is to pay cash for anonymous tips and information that leads to an arrest or helpsthe police clear cases,” said Southern Alberta Crime Stoppers President Karl Kloepper. “We thought giving someone a chance to win $30,000 would be a great way to celebrate over 30 years of making southern Alberta safer.”
“Thank you southern Alberta for all your help over the past three decades and keep those tips coming,” added Kloepper. “We also want to thank the Lethbridge Hurricanes and TNT Towing for partnering with us and helping us celebrate over 30years of operating in Southern Alberta.Good luck to everyone who chucks-a-puck.”
January also marks Crime Stoppers month around the world.
